Students are not to leave the school for any reason unless permission is received from one of the office staff. If a student must leave the school earlier than dismissal, a note signed by a parent should be shown to the teacher concerned and then brought to the office. Before leaving, students must sign out in the office. Should illness occur during the school day, a student is expected to notify the office. Students should not remain in the washroom alone nor should they go home. The office will notify parents and make the student comfortable until parents arrive or arrange for the student to go home.
